It was a pleasure to work with Chris and Dana Burke and their team. From beginning to end Chris and Dana were in constant contact with me to give advice and answer my questions. On-site their team was professional, organized and courteous. Chris was able to provide an on-site consultation, provided cabinet color samples and was patient with my decision making process which was considerable. Chris also connected with with other vendors for tile, counter top and painting and all of those recommendations were fantastic and worked well together with one another. For the kitchen, we selected bright white paint for cabinets, quartz counter-tops, white subway tiles, handmade sink and gold hardware. For butler pantry, espresso color for cabinets, quartz counter-tops, and wood-grain inlaid glass tiles, brushed nickel hardware. The transformation process was amazing and now that the major work (lighting is next) is completed it is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Mr. Faux!
Dana, Chris and the Mr. Faux crew were fantastic. They are extremely detail oriented and took their time to make sure the final job was perfect. The transformation they made to our kitchen cabinets was amazing. We have received so many compliments. I highly recommended Mr. Faux!

I had been wanting to update my kitchen cabinets for over 6 years, I followed Mr. Faux's social media and loved the transformations. The cabinets were painted white, and look very professional with their durable polyurethane finish, as if they were brand new. It really modernized and brightened our kitchen. They are hard-working, professional and very responsive and reliable. Highly recommended.
The team at Mr. Faux is top notch all the way around. Excellent timely communication and very patient with all the questions I had. Provided a very thorough explanation of their process and what to expect. Their crew was very friendly and showed up on time. They took care to ensure that any exposed flooring or furniture was covered, and their work area was tidy at the end of each visit. The cabinets look amazing! I could not have asked for anything to go smoother and I highly recommend!
May 25, 2017I love working with Chris! Before I met him and his team I never would have thought about recommending my customers to refinish their cabinets. Chris's process provides top notch quality for cabinet painting and leaving them looking like brand new. I do not work with anyone else in the area but Chris of this reason, knowing that the finish will last for many years, providing true quality to my customers.
Did such a great job. The cabinets repainted look like they are brand new cabinets and you can't tell they are painted. I was so worried that they may look painted and you may see streaks of paint brush marks but def worth getting it done professionally. They spray painted and they are flawless. Price was very good compared to other contractors we inquired about. Def recommend them!
We have had Chris paint several areas in our own house and in our office. Every job he has done has exceeded expectations. Chris is an artist, first and foremost. He knows his art and teaches others. I love his work.
Jan 29, 2014I had no idea wall finishes could be so affordable. Mr. Burke was very forthcoming with advice on what would look best and what would best fit my budget. He has many years experience and it shows. I was quoted a 3 week time line from another Faux Finisher. He did it in one. I will definitely use him in the future.
